3 minutes ago Don't fall in their sweet talk to purchase the vehicle through Kia Motor Finance. Ourisman job is done once they sold you the vehicle. Then... its time for your horrible ordeal with Kia Motor finance and then no one will help you including Ourisman. Better you go to different place. Absolutely the most horrible and worst customer service including the agents and the supervisor. It has been more than a month we are following up with this company for transferring the vehicle registration title from one state to another and it's the worst experience ever. First, all the agents are extremely rude, not at all trained for what kind of job they are doing, and they have no idea how the services work and no work ethics. Each time you call, each agent will give different information and completely mislead you. Also, they never accept their faults, always blame other departments and people. Even one of the Supervisor named Crystal (Emp ID 96650) from customer service of KIA had no idea about the job duties, blamed the title department, and said that it will take more than 6 weeks to send the request and in the end did not give any guarantee that the process will be completed. We have been trying to send our requests regularly on daily basis but still no response. The answer we get is that you are not the only customer. Honestly speaking they don't even deserve any stars and request everyone who wants to buy KIA vehicles, DO NOT GO WITH KIA FINANCE. THEY ARE THE WORST.

Stay AWAY From this place! All I have to say I feel sorry for people who gave this place more then a 1 star. They definitely got ripped off. I did all... my research before walking in the dealership. #1 advice know the MSRP before walking in to buy the car. The only car I knew I wasn't going to get at MSRP is the Telluride because that car is going over 5k to 10k MSRP all over the world. That's why I downgraded to the 2021 Serento. But with me down grading I wanted a lot of the bells and whistles. I worked with Jose (a kid who really doesn't know what he is doing or care to make a sale) the only advice he gave me was introducing me to the EX with the prestige package instead of the SX. But they really didn't have the colors I wanted. When he got his Sales Manager to see what they can do that's when things got worst. We had 2 trade in vehicles which low balled us for both vehicles. When we told them that we had better deals at at CarMax and across the street at Ted Britt the 2 dumb dumbs told us that CarMax will not really give us what is on the price on the appraiser paper. Next day CarMax gave us EXACTLY what they said they will give which is 3k more then this dealership. My husband was ready to walk out because he knew these guys were playing games. They did give us some different choices as far as trying to make it work with colors but it still wasn't the best deal. And after sitting down with numbers these guys were trying to sell the cars to me over MSRP again. Like 3k more after explained to them that this is way to much and what MSRP with proof of it. They made up some other BS why it's not that price. I confirmed the price of the MSRP with Koons Kia in Woodbridge and they agreed that the MSRP was what I tried to tell Ourisman and now I'm driving my new 2021 Kia Sorento in the color I actually wanted with bells and whistles I wanted at the price I wanted. Koons never failed me. I should have stuck with what I know. Let me give this dealership some advice. There is too much information on the internet to know how much the REAL MSRP then what your sticker price is. You can't fool people. And listen to the customer. I'm not hear to argue with you. It's either you want my money or not. Clearly you DIDN'T.

Truly amazing experience while buying a car! A well run team and we really appreciated the service and the smoothness of it all. Thank you Crystal, Jay... and Elisa for your great job! Shame about the 4th guy who "forgot" us and kept us waiting for 1/2 hour when all he had to do was fetch and fix our new number plates. How can you forget a customer who has just bought a new car?

Chantilly KIA made my family a KIA family with now three KIAs, we first caught the Soul fever when it came out and we have since added Niro and Seltos.... I have been buying new vehicles for 30+ years and buying a new car is difficult experience. but when sales person like David Kim lessens the burden, making me keep coming back to Chantilly Kia. We have been a Lexus family for over 20 years but we have converted to now a KIA family and planning to add another KIA Sorento in coming summer.

I cannot begin to tell everyone how wonderful my experience with Ourisman Chantilly Kia was! From day one with a simple internet request to driving home... in my brand new Telluride, the process was so easy and so pleasant (two things I don't usually associate with buying a new car). Crystal (and Ashlee) started the process for me by being my first contacts with the dealership. Both very kind, courteous, and easy to work with even though I had to change things last minute because of work. The day I came to the dealership I was met by David. And yes, even behind the mask I knew THIS was the guy I wanted helping me. He went with me on the test drive and made sure I knew the Telluride inside and out and was making the best decision for my purchase. After this, he handed my purchase over to Tyler. Tyler MADE IT HAPPEN for me. I left paying less than I could've imagined for the vehicle I drove off of the lot. He also made sure to discuss the future and help set a clear path for my finances and large purchases like this Telluride. Once all of the finance was finished, David made sure my Telluride was spotless and ready to go, complete with a big red bow on the hood when I came outside. This is exactly how a customer should be treated! Again, I really can't express how happy I am and how impressed I was! Buyer beware...I would avoid Ourisman KIA...they sold me a CPO Kia that had less than the stated tread depth at point of sale and only gave me one key... when CPO should come with two. Before buying I expressed concern about the tires and they assured me that the car had passed a rigorous inspection process or it would not be certified. After experiencing poor traction, I had the tires checked by a third party...they confirmed that the tire tread was no where near the depth that Ourisman said it was (taking into account the 2000 miles I'd driven the car) and advised that Ourisman had likely made a mistake when measuring. I spoke with the used car manager and he represents everything wrong with the used car salesforce...arrogant, spoke over me, would not even CONSIDER the possibility that they'd made an error. I feel taken advantage of and would really recommend that people be very wary of the used sales there. That said, the salesman was very good to deal with.
Be cautious of their "Certified" program. Certified cars are supposed to be carefully inspected. I expressed doubt over the tire tread depth on my car... and they assured me it was fine. I trusted them and bought the car. After experiencing poor traction, I took it to be looked at by a third party. The tread depth was FAR short of what Ourisman said it was at point of sale. I spoke with the used car manager and he is the stereotype of a used car salesman...would not even admit that there was a POSSIBILITY of mistake on their part and told me to get lost. He was unreasonable and unwilling to even entertain looking at the vehicle. Furthermore the CPO should come with two keys. AFTER I bought it, they told me they only had one and then I had to deal with getting the second...it took many hours and three meetings to get the key. I would avoid them. Salesman was decent to work with, but the used car manager is horrid.
