There is nothing called "WASTING TIME" in car business.
There is nothing called "WASTING TIME" in car business. My Girlfriend and I went to "Ourisman Chantilly Kia" to look for her first time vehicle purchase. We had a horrible experience with the General Sales Manager who is very unprofessional saying we wasted their time and yelling all across the office , as they want us to purchase a vehicle as soon as we see it. I have been to many dealerships but this is the first time I heard from a Manager saying that we wasted there time. It looks like everyone who walks into there dealership should buy a car. As a customer I have every right to ask/know all the details before we make a purchase its not something just go and get it. She is so unprofessional to say to customers that we were wasting their time. Would not recommend anyone.

Very impressed with new car purchase
Nothing negative to say about this dealership! I purchased a 23 Sorento from Anthony Dean, who clearly wanted to sell me a car and gave me a wonderful deal. Aaron in finance seemed trustworthy and honest, and I didn't feel pressured to get unnecessary add-ons with the loan. A young man named Jacob was amazing - He was assigned to instruct me in the electronic features of the car (yes they have someone specifically designated for this!). Finally, I also was impressed by the sales manager, Gary. Unfortunately I immediately had problems with the brand new car... The check engine light came on twice with less than 35 total miles driven by me. BUT, big shout out to Gary and that dealership because they made good and replaced the car with the exact same one (I just had to wait about a week for it to arrive on the lot). Could not have expected anything more. I was extremely impressed by everybody there. They All seemed to be honest and genuinly nice people. By the way...Thankfully, no issues with the replacement Sorento they gave me - seems to be a great vehicle! Keep up the good work Ourisman Chantilly!

Awesome Dealership
Working with Billy, Slayter Aubin and Tyler Bratcher was a pleasure. Slayter was professional and easy-going. There was no pressure but simply an organic move from used to brand new. My Kia Carnival is utterly beautiful and amazing!!! I'm so happy I decided to look and ultimately to make a purchase. My granddaughters LOVE the new vehicle and keep planning "Nonna/granddaughter" dates just so they can ride in it. Really happy with the service and my experience at Ourisman Chantilly Kia!!!!

Buying a new car was a nice experience even though I was afraid of moving from using American SUVs for more than 30 years to a small Korean car🥲. Now after about 10 days of daily use I am very satisfied with this transition. However, the experience at Oarsmen Chantilly was wonderful, and all employees are ethical, respectful, and transparent in their dealings. The salesman, Mr. Spencer, was very helpful in giving sincere advice, and what I liked very much about him was that I did not feel at any stage that he only sought to persuade me to buy the car, but on the contrary, he answered all my questions clearly, and his honest additions were also the main reason for my conviction in this step. I am very grateful to him. Likewise, I will not forget the kindness of Mr. Bratcher, who completed the sale procedures smoothly and helped me obtain a 10-year bumper-to-bumper warranty at a competitive price. I thank all the staff, especially the sales manager.

Great service experience. My car was serviced at the appointed time, the staff kept me updated, and they even washed and vacuumed it. I know more than the average person about car maintenance and I appreciate that I wasn't spoken to like an idiot, it's happened at other dealerships. This Kia of Chantilly can’t be trusted
On Wednesday 1-25-23, my Kia 2012 Kia Soul broke down on the side of the highway. I asked Kia to diagnose the problem with my car. They quickly stated I would need a new water pump, driver belt, pulley, and coolant. As they are the experts and I don’t know about cars, I asked if my car was worth fixing. I was told by service that the car would likely run after these repairs. Kia gave me a loaner and I was told my car would be ready on Monday 1-30-23. I called Monday and was told that my car would be looked at the next day. I refrain from calling and checking for a few days. On Wednesday 2-1-23, I call and check on the status of my car. I was again assured that my car would be looked at the next day. The next morning, Kia Service Department called me and said that my bill would be $720 and my car was useless because it needed a new engine. I was told that if I buy a new car from Kia, they would forgive that bill. I test drove and ran numbers on a new Kia Soul. We could not agree on price, so I asked to settle my service bill. The car salesman brings me back a bill that is almost $1000. I asked what a few charges were and he left to talk to the manager. He returned with a new bill for $700 and offered no explanation. I paid my bill and had my car towed to a friend’s house. My friend looked at the car and informed me that I never should have made the repairs. When you look at the engine, there is coolant all over the spark plug well and pistons (I have attached the pictures). He stated that any mechanic would have known the engine was shot. I called Kia and asked why they recommended the repairs to my Kia when it was obvious to any mechanic that it wouldn’t run after the repairs. It was obvious because of the coolant all over the engine and spark plug well. He informed me that the coolant was not present when they began working on my car, it was only after they did the repairs, filled the coolant, and started the engine. I felt like an idiot as this could be an explanation. I again talk to my friend, who reminds me that the assistant manager had said that Kia never got the vehicle to run. Also, from the overheating and looking at the burnt spark plugs, the vehicle never started up. I called the service manager back, who says he didn’t remember talking to me earlier (but then later removers our conversation), and I point out that they never started the Kia, so the coolant had been there from the beginning. His response? I don’t think we can help you. You can start by apologizing for lying. I don’t want this fraudulent behavior to be experienced by others like me, who don’t know about cars. Please do your research and go somewhere else for service.
