Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was

Since I bought my last three cars factory-direct, I was hoping my experience venturing back into a dealership after 20 years wouldn't be too bad. Not only was it not bad, it was a very pleasant and stress-free experience at Len Stoler Lexus. I give most of the credit to our sales associate, Darmon Smalls. I was in contact with 4 area dealers zeroing in on the car and price. Darmon was, by far, the most responsive and professional. The others went radio silent after just a week. Darmon and the Stoler team didn't pressure us and were courteous and respectful. The best part is that we got the car we wanted at an amazing price! Thank you Darmon, Dolair Alali, Jesse Cameron and Phyllis Roosevelt for an amazing experience.

Excellent service ! Sam Lee our salesperson was terrific, calm and knowledgable . We never felt pressure to buy. They made a great effort to find us the car we wanted.

My experience with Len Stoler Lexus is nothing but amazing. Daryl Smith is the best Car Salesman Maryland has to offer. Now making your deal go through & getting you where you need to be Joe Benson is your Manager of the year. Then to make things even better, they send you back to Travis Wagman, who seals the deal & might just add a perk to make it even better. Len Stoler is the only delear I have dealt with for years.

I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on

I bought my new car from Luke at the Use Car Sales on Saturday morning, and it was the easiest thing ever! Of course, I will say I knew what I wanted and came in prepared w financing. 1. Luke is very pleasant to work with. He was pleasant to everyone he met, people detailing the car, coworkers, all the customers he met in person and on the phone. He was not pushy or had the "car salesman" attitude. 2. Financing w Lexus beat my bank's rate by over 2.5 %. In and out of fast! The total process took about max 4hrs, but that's buying a car. My experience was very nice, and I'd come back if they had what I wanted.

This is the 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Len Stoler Lexus and I couldn’t be more pleased with each visit. I feel honored to be one of your loyal customers. I contacted Marina and gave her the list of options we

I contacted Marina and gave her the list of options we had in mind, preferred color and time line. She had a RX 350h coming in later but it was not the exact color. She sent us pictures and we fell in love with it. The car came earlier the an expected. As we were out of state and she arranged to have us picked up at the train station and taken to the dealership. The process was smooth and trouble free. The technology briefing was excellent and comprehensive. The overall experience was streamlined and Marina was an awesome salesperson. It was the best experience we have had with a dealership, period. Kudos for the whole team.

We purchased a new Lexus TX with Tyrone, and he was amazing the whole way through! We are out of state buyers from Dallas and Tyrone went the extra mile. We gave Tyrone the exact model we were looking for and he was able to locate the perfect car for us before it even hit the inventory. Once we reserved the car, Tyrone followed up multiple times a week as the car was being manufactured and shipped. When the car made it in, he helped us ensure a smooth handoff to the shipper, even when the shipper faced multiple delays. A bit over a month into the process, the car made it into Dallas and we love it. Thanks!
