I would not recommend this dealership for any business. Stay away and take your business to other reputable dealerships around town. Anthony Gutierrez... (salesman) is the biggest liar and the whole dealership lies and scams you. Truly had the worst experience and way too lengthy to write here. They basically screwed with my credit, my niceness and accommodating attitude. STAY AWAY
Texted my salesperson yesterday that I would be in today around 2 o clock. I showed up at 2:05 and waited for 30 minutes and no one would ask me if I needed... any help. During the 30 minutes I was there I texted and called the salesman two times on my phone and both times it went to voicemail. The whole time there was numerous sales personnel in the showroom. No one would acknowledge me. I was also told yesterday that two other customers were coming in this evening to look at the same car. I found this a little difficult to believe because I did find the car in the parking lot on the way out the door and the interior was a mess and there was no floor mats in the vehicle. Disappointed. Not to mention I drove 60 miles round-trip just to test drive this vehicle

I don’t typically write reviews, but felt it necessary to help others after such a horrible experience at this dealership. Bottom line: questionable and... unethical business practices with no regard for customer time or needs. I called this dealership to inquire about a certified pre-owned (CPO) car that I found through both Autotrader and USAA. I spoke with Brian and I told Brian that I was driving from over an hour away. I asked about the cosmetic condition of the car before making the drive, and I was told “this is a certified car, so every ding, dent or scratch is taken care of by Audi before it can be sold as a CPO vehicle. It’s a very clean car.” Upon arriving, I immediately noticed significant damage to the car: major damage on two wheels, golf ball sized dent in the hood with paint damage (poor touch up that looked like nail polish), oxidized exterior trim panels, paint overspray on one window, a frayed seatbelt, deeply scratched glove box- all on a two year old vehicle. It had NOT been fixed, yet I was told it was clean before I made the drive. After asking about the damage, I was told that the issues were simple cosmetic fixes that hadn’t been addressed. Note: the car had been listed for a week, so I suspect they were trying to find a buyer who would accept the car “as is.” When I tried to work out the “IOU” to ensure all damage would be fixed, I was presented with a Carfax report that indicated previous damage. This report was different from what I was originally shown. After all of this, I was still willing to provide a deposit to hold the car while all work was completed, but after an hour, was told by Brian that his manager would not fix the issues unless we paid for the car first. I left, and the manager called me shortly thereafter and blamed Brian. The manager said that they would follow up the next day to work it out. The next day, there was no follow up and the dealership listed the car for significantly more money. Do not waste your time with this dealership. Find a dealership with more ethical and moral business practices.
Had a very unfortunate experience with this dealership. Tried using the True Car buying service. On April 10 I put in the specs of what I wanted, and Ourisman... sent me a note...then another, and another, and another. They called and called again. I told them I'd come in Saturday at 11:00 to look at the car. They sent a confirmation email, and called. Then on Saturday morning they sent yet another email. At this point I told them enough, cancel the appointment and take me off the email list (as per their instructions in the fine print). They emailed me again. I politely told them to stop bothering me. I then had a wonderful experience at Rockville Audi on Saturday and bought my wife her dream car. She loves her new Q7, and Rockville Audi was a dream to work with. Today, Ourisman Audi of Frederick emailed me AGAIN to ask me to come into the dealership. I told them I'd bought the car. The sales rep then told the sales manager, Chris Perry, who also emailed me about how "sorry we were you couldn't get your USAA discount with us". I told him please, please stop harassing me. He emailed me again! All told from April 10 to May 15 I got 16 emails and 4 phone calls from them. Do you think that is excessive considering I never set foot in the dealership? Can you imagine the kind of HIGH PRESSURE tactics they likely use once you're there? So if you want to be harassed and pressured as part of your car buying experience, by all means go here. If you want to deal with professionals then go elsewhere.
There is a special place in my heart for the sense of dread I have for going to a car dealership. Everyone has had that experience, and I decided to avoid... that as much as possible by doing more market research and having a car and a price researched, along with emailed and telephone communication with a salesman before ever setting foot on the dealership. When I spoke with Joe, he gave me as much time over the phone as I wanted, answered all of my questions and asked helpful questions to narrow my search and to make sure he understood what I was looking for in a new car. The next day I decided I was ready to test drive and Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable... Actually he knew so much more about the performance of different vehicles that I was a little out of my depth, but I am sure my blank stares, vacant nods and non-committal grunts fooled him into believing that I fully understood torque.... Well, he humored me and kept the conversation at a high level despite me not understanding everything about the finer points of an engine performance. In the end, I feel as if I got a good price on an amazing car that is a pleasure to drive. I would highly recommend working with both the dealership and Joe.
I have not yet bought a Volvo, but I have been in email contact with Mr D. Schumm and he has been very pleasant to deal with, always answering my questions... promptly, even on his days off. I can assure you this has not the case with other salesman from other dealers, I am amazed how some can even call themselves salesman! Has been great dealing with Mr Schumm and I highly recommend you reach out to him.
Largely as a result of Joe Holloway???s assistance, I purchased a Volvo XC 60 last week. Joe was not only extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles,... he made an effort to match the perfect vehicle to my needs. No ???hard-sell,??? no pushing of unnecessary ???extras,??? he just tried to find the right car for me and to make the transaction as smooth as possible. I can???t recommend Joe highly enough!

Excellent vehicles and a great sales staff. Buying a car from Ourisman is like buying a car from a good friend instead of a pushy sales person. Joe is... super knowledgeable and spent alot of extra time with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I would buy from them again in a heart beat.
