Century Ford

I brought my car in for service, last year. I left the car at 7:30, for a recall, and was assured I would have my car by 2:30. I called the service department at 2:45 and got a recording saying someone would call me back. I ended up having to cancel a doctor's appointment and was called at 5:17 saying my car would not be ready due to a under performing battery. I told them to button it up and they advised pickup would be available at 6:30. I called the Service Manager, complained, and was told it neither would happen again. On 10/16/23, at 10:30, I had to leave a message with a problem I had. It is now 10/29/23 and I never heard back. I ended up receiving advice from a friend, which proved the problem. I will never purchase from, or bring my car in for service again. Suggest everyone stay away from this dealership. Lackluster service, at best!

Excellent Quality Service, The service I received was thorough and completely explained and provide in an extremely professional manner. My Ford Taurus required a water pump replacement on the V6 Duratec engine. This is an extremely difficult job and I would highly recommend and trust Century Ford for any similar service you might require.

Do not ever purchase a vehicle at Century Ford in Mount Airy. They sold me a vehicle with open recalls and then did not make the proper repairs. There are still open issues with this vehicle. They also did not disclose all issues with this vehicle and sold it to me with faulty brakes. In under a year, I have spent more than 3K on this vehicle and it needs an additional est. 4k in repairs. Buyers BEWARE!

After scheduling two weeks in advance for an airbag replacement, the company cancelled at last minute despite taking off work to have the work done. Extremely poor service, why bother to make an appointment?

Century repaired a broken skid plate in October and it was broken again by oil change company - Valvoline. Century repaired it a few days ago at no cost. I am a big fan of Century and this is where I will come for repairs and to buy a new truck. World class service.

Ordered and took delivery of my 4th family vehicle from Century this week and I always purchase the maintenance plan from them. No complaints and always satisfied with sales, service, and parts staff. I appreciate having a reputable Ford dealer in my home town for the past 20 years!

From parking my trade in to pulling out of the lot with our new car the process was fast, friendly and efficient. My salesman Desmond Drummond was great to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles. They gave me full CarMax price on the trade upfront which was great. I despise haggling about that. The finance office was great too! Highly recommend this dealership!

Had a very pleasant buying experience at Century Ford. Traded my F150 for a 2021 Explorer Platinum. They did not have the exact Explorer on the lot, so they found one for me at a dealer in another state. It was exactly the one I wanted. Alex, my sales consultant, went over and above to meet my expectations. I couldn't be happier. I received a very good trade in number for my F150 from sales manager Jackie. She took an interest and made sure everything was perfect. Financing was quick and painless. They found the best rate and I was out in no time. This is the second vehicle purchase from Century Ford in three years.There will be a third next time I'm ready for another new Ford. I'm a Ford fan and a Century Ford fan. You can't go wrong.
