The parts department woman was very little help and was not even concerned with helping me find my part. I was told to find the relay that I need I would... have to spend money and put it on a computer to find out what it is. Seems to me that there should be a diagram somewhere at a Ford dealer that shows you which relay goes in which socket and what it does. I thought this was Information Age. Update, i called another nearby Ford parts department .And within 15 minutes i had the part number, a price, and the part in my hand. Wasnt hard by no means.you guys need to get it together.

After spending $375 in Dec. for heating issues , my car was overheating in January so I got an appt for Mon Jan 14th. The weather was going to be bad so... I dropped the car off on Friday evening Jan. 11th. I had been told on the phone they would call me when they knew something. I waited until THursday Jan 17th and called. The man said Um , Um, Um let me go check, and I knew they had forgotten! He came back and said the mechanic Thought it was the water pump and would order it and install it the next day, Friday Jan 18, and they would call me. At 4:30 on FridayI called and was told they got the wrong part and would return it the next day, get the right part, and start to fix it and would finish on Monday Jan 21 and they would call me when it was finished. I told him I was off work that day and would not have a ride up there and he said they could pick me up. So, I called at 2:00 on Monday and was told the mechanic was done but was doing a test drive and they would call when it was ready. FINALLY, I got a call at 4:00 telling me I could pick it up. I asked if he was going to get someone to pick me up and he said they were shorthanded and someone had a death in the family and they couldn't. I calmly reminded him that he said they could pick me up and he went OFF on me!!!! He said "Nobody PLANNED to have a family member DIE!" in a most insulting way, so I told him that since they had my car for TEN DAYS, I thought I might get some help , and I hung up. My Granddaughter called a friend of her who works nights and woke him up to take us up there to get the car. It cost over $400, took 10 days, and the guy had the nerve to ask if I"'didn't have another car"! I am a 64 year old widow and I bought the car at Thomassen so I would have thought I would get better treatment. It's a dealership; why wasn't I offered a loaner car? I will never go back there, neither for service or to buy a vehicle, and I will let all my friends, family, and coworkers know not to go there.

I have been using this Service Department for our Ford trucks for more than 10 years, but the last couple of visits have been unsatisfactory. I had an... appointment to see why the check engine light came on, and more than 2 weeks later dont have my truck back. Fairly common repair, but latest excuse is a backordered part that I could have easily gotten myself in 2 days. I will not be using this dealership for any future repairs or maintenance.

Thomassen's service department went above and beyond to address and satisfy my concerns with my older Mustang. Even though I had no previous relationship... with this dealership at all, they took my vehicle in as soon as possible and provided the repairs I needed, taking extra time to put any lingering questions to rest. Thomassen provided the small-town attention to detail and effort I've been looking for; I'm definitely grateful, and will be back for sure.

I bought the vehicle after looking at another type vehicle at another dealer. That dealer did not listen to me or what I wanted in a vehicle including... the price. Thomassen's not only listened but gave me a great bargain in terms of price and financing. Service is also very good.
I'm extremely upset that ive had my escape in for service and have spend 1300.00 ON NOTHING! the service manager says they cant find the prob and told... me that I needed to replace a few parts after having my vehicle for 6 days- 5 straight days and then 1 off date. ive had to rent vehicles to go back and forth to work and STILL they tell me that they cant find the prob on why my escape is vibrating and idleing as its going to die. you mean to tell me that 2 small parts and labor cost me 1300.00 and STILL my escape is NO different than it was when I brought it in. IM DISGUSTED that they charged me 1300.00 and NOTHING has changed on my vehicle. I'm so done w/Charles town Ford. this is rediculous for a service to tell me "here's your truck back but we don't know what's wrong with it..!!! " how about NEW mechanics that know what their doing.". IM DISGUSTED they've taken me for a fool and NOTHING in return!

Service was great and HONEST. Thought I needed new brakes and rotors, they inspected and said "no, your brakes and rotors are good for another 15,000... to 20,000 miles. My car has 50,000 miles on it so that speaks to the quality of Ford and the honesty of the dealer - a dealer that you can trust when you bring your car in for service, they do not rip you off!
I deal with no other dealer except Thomassen and am always treated top knotch by them. Would gladly reccomend them to anyone looking for super Ford dealer.
