I drove through their lot on a Sunday, and called Monday to follow up about a vehicle listed but not on the lot. I was told it was back in detail, but... that I could come look at it. On Thursday I was called and again asked about coming to look at it since Id said it was my day off. On Thursday night I arrived at the dealership to find out the car has never been at the dealership!! The salesman ET gets a manager for me. They assure me as soon as it reaches the lot I will be called, PLUS if I can't come look at it around my work schedule they will bring it to my work for me to look at it! Imagine my disappointment when I get a call 8 DAYS later. At 10am I am told I have until 6pm to come and look at it because they've already shown it to someone and they want to buy it! When I am confused about the situation ET says "You don't want me to look for anything else do you?" Then is PISSED when I asks how likely ot is hed find something similar?! This is by far the most ridiculously bad service I've ever experienced!! They must be doing outstanding business somehow because they were quick to DISMISS mine!!

I had been shopping for a used truck at first and looked at all brands before deciding on the Nissan Titan because of the amazing 5yr / 100k mile warranty,... the features you get for your money and the power / towing capability in all trim levels. You can get more power in some other brands but you will have to get the larger more expensive engines and often trim levels that go with it. I eventually discovered that there were big rebates and dealer incentives on remaining new 2018 model Titans and shifted my search to those. Unfortunately, I was misled by a few other dealerships who would say anything to get you to drive there, including one in Harrisonburg that I had a long phone conversation with before hand, explaining that I didn’t want to drive an hour and a half for nothing. That dealership in Harrisonburg was a complete failure and I walked out angry. While sitting in their parking lot, I got on my phone and found a truck I liked at Tri-State Nissan, so I called there and asked to speak to the sales manager, not wanting a repeat situation. I’m glad I made that call because Jeremy Siebert came to the phone and listened to my rant and went to work. He pulled up the truck I was calling about and another one I had missed that was an even better match. He couldn’t get quite to the number I had in my head, but he was honest about it. I decided to drive another hour further from home to go to Tri-State Nissan. When I arrived and met Jeremy he promptly got the keys and escorted me to the two trucks we had discussed. He then introduced me to one of his salesman, Frank Hubbard. Frank was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of the features on the truck. Frank was very helpful and one of the best car salesman I have ever worked with. After a thorough test drive, I told Frank the pricing I was looking for and after working with Jeremy they actually gave me a better deal. I bought the truck that night and will be picking it up in a couple of days. Frank also went out of his way to help me with some accessory questions and pricing the next day over the phone instead of sending me to the parts department. I highly recommend that anyone wanting a new vehicle go see Frank Hubbard and Jeremy Siebert.

Our overall experience was great. I purchased a 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum. Eric was our salesman he was very helpful he answer all of our questions.... Before test driving he walked us through all the basic step about the car. My husband and I was very pleased with his service.

STEREOTYPICAL DEALERSHIP - I'm sorry I can't give zero stars. Stay away unless you want to be a party to a classic "bait and switch" scenario. I spent... over a week working a deal online with their Internet Sales Team on a single vehicle and had come to an agreement. Salesman went out of his way to take pictures because they didn't have any pics on their website (warning sign number 1) and sent them to me. I received an automated response listing the vehicle that we were in negotiations with as well which was the same one I inquired about but when it came down to sending me the pricing on the vehicle they removed it from the email (warning sign number 2). I called the salesman and made an appointment to be there when they opened this morning (he said he never spoke with me - warning sign number 3). When I showed up the salesman was acting very nervous. I followed him outside because he was kind of walking around aimlessly and he begins showing me a vehicle that was a year older, the wrong color, and had 34,000 more miles on it than the one we had discussed the entire time. I requested to meet with the manager and he was obviously as unethical as the rest. I will be filing complaints with the BBB and State Corporation Commission. Buyer beware. Stay away from this dealership.
Our goal is customer satisfaction and we clearly failed to deliver. We are sorry your experience was not reflective of our reputation. I did see your ...reviews on Google, Cars.com and Dealer Rater. Lack of focus, carelessness and indifference is not what we are known for and as you can see on all the different review sites our reputation is strong. (Currently 4.4 on Dealer Rater, 4.2 on Cars.com, 4.1 on Google, 4.6 on CarGurus and 4.7 on Carfax). We understand how one could interpret the events that occurred on 3/23 as a bait and switch, however after reviewing all the email conversations, I believe that this was an honest mistake on our sales consultant part. It appears that when the silver Rogue was brought up, the rest of our correspondence was in reference to the silver Rogue. We try to provide a great experience to all our customers, but mistakes do happen. I can assure you that neither our sales manager or any of our staff would intentionally mislead or lie to a customer. It is certainly your right to voice your opinion on social media, as well as to file a report with the BBB, SCC and Nissan. I apologize for the mistake. We have addressed the issue internally and have rolled out training to ensure it does not happen again. It is thanks to feedback like yours that we can tackle issues that may impact our most valuable asset; our customers. We can't fix the past but you have my personal commitment to find ways to improve the way our staff services each and every customer.
Charles Lofton was a excellent salesperson. No pressure. Answered all questions even if I called in back in with more questions. After checking other... places I knew I wanted to deal with these guys. Greg the used car director and Charles were very helpful. They worked with us and our needs. I can honestly say we have bought many vehicles in our 70 years but the first time we did not feel pressured. Never had a Nissan before but loved the care we were giving. And love our truck.

Bought a new and used car from them. The prices listed on their website are what you can expect to pay. When we purchased the used car we didn't notice... a problem with the windshield. Noticed once we were driving it was all beat up. Took it back the next day and they replaced it free of charge.
