We took our Nissan Frontier in for service, not looking
We took our Nissan Frontier in for service, not looking to buy a vehicle. A salesman, Doug Mankins, approached us and asked if he could help us. We explained why we were there. After talking with Doug for a bit we asked to look inside of a Titan. Even though Doug knew we weren't looking to buy a vehicle he gave us his time, when he could have been with a real potential buyer. I asked Doug to work up payment numbers on the Titan, he did. We were surprised at the deal, and decided to take it. At no time did Doug make us feel pressured. Doug was attentive, knowledgable, respectful, and honest. He helped to make the process of buying our new Nissan Titan a pleasurable experience. Thank you Doug! Julius Zakery He made the financing stage of the process go smooth and quick. We are blessed to have dealt with him again! Martin Arellano A very nice young man who kept us updated on the service of our Nissan Frontier, which we left in his hands and drove home in our new Nissan Titan!! We believe that all 3 of the above employees are assets to TriState Nissan!

Martin takes very good care of my car and informs me what we should do when I bring my car in for service. I am a very happy customer . However, I will say that the Cleaning of my vehicle is and hasn't been good, and for four times the inside of my car was not cleaned I came home and cleaned it. You need to focus your attention to this. I pay to have the inside of my car cleaned and since I do I expect it to be done. I am a widow my husband took care of my car when he was alive I only have you now to depend on for this . I'm willing to pay if the job is done correctly. Thank you so much. I love your service department and Martin .
