I highly recommend Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia to everyone I know who may be interested in the purchase of a new or pre owned vehicle. I have purchased three brand new vehicles from Parsons Kia over the past seven years. My first purchase of a new vehicle was in 2017 and at that time I was paying a 27 percent interest rate through a lender for four years on a pre owned vehicle (not purchased at Kia) and was what they call “upside down” with the value to debt left on this particular vehicle. I was interested in purchasing a brand new vehicle for the first time and Parsons Kia made that a reality. The salesperson I was directed to was and still is a stellar asset to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia. “Samantha Berry” saleswoman along with the finance department got me into a brand new Kia Forte with fair interest rate through Kia Financing themselves. I have never forgotten this experience in 2016. I took this car (only) to Parsons service department for all required maintenance. Each time my vehicle was due for service, the service department Scott, Debbie everyone in the service department made sure my vehicle was in tip top shape and included me on any needs or details my vehicle had. In 2019, I returned to Parsons Kia to trade in my Kia Forte at 5k still within plenty of life on warranty for a 2020 Kia Optima. I was happy to find my prior sales team was still with Parsons Kia, and immediately requested “Samantha Berry” again as she was very knowledgeable and trustworthy with my first purchase of the Forte. Again, stellar customer service by the entire sales team. They are so organized with the sale I was in and out purchasing the Optima within two hours! Moving to most recent, I was back at Parsons Kia, again just last week now being October 2023. Asking for “Samantha Berry” saleswoman just like she was family. I remember looking at her saying “remember me?” I come back to you every three years for my new Kia! Samantha remembers her clients and she again with impeccable customer service listens to my needs and has me test drive two vehicles the first of which I drove home in! A brand new 2023 Kia Sorento Xline EX that suits my needs and then some. I will always be a faithful customer to Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia for their loyalty and commitment to me over these last seven years. The professionalism and knowledge to serve a quality consumer informed purchase is unwavering! Excellent job to all at Parsons Kia of Winchester Virginia. Susannah Markley

Service
Calls every time I call in to get my Kia worked on one. Debbie in-service makes it virtually impossible to get my Kia in. I guess she’s holding a grudge because I got her in trouble.

Untrustworthy
Had recall on Knock sensor - Never received notice - Situation caused other parts of motor to go. I was told by dealership (Winchester KIA) that corporate could not fix the problem and I would have to pay $6500 to have the car fixed due to piston damage and other related damage in the motor. Before taking car to dealer, I had a mechanic run diagnostic report ran and was told that the knock sensor caused the other motor problems. I find KIA to be untrustworthy and would not recommend this make of car or dealership. Seeking attorney assistance with this matter.

Excellent customer service
Snowy day and the lot had already been cleared plus I got in early. That was great news for this 3rd shifter who was ready to get home. Friendly staff. Service after the sale is awesome.

Brake repair.
Every time i bring my cars in for service they treat me with kindness and respect. I'm greated by name and asked how is my family and my cars are doing. They give me a welcome and ask me to make myself comfortable and help myself to all of the refreshments and coffee. My car is always repaired and ready in the time it's promised. I even had my dog one day and he was welcome even though i was picking up my iPod I left at the charging station over a weekend service visit. They kept it in a safe place for me which was very appreciative. My iPod actually controls my Neuro stimulator implant in my back. Even though I'm never disconnected from it i had no control over it until i had it safely back in my hands. So i was made important to them by keeping my iPod safe from theft or damage.

Parsons Kia in Winchester is like going to my extended family's auto shop. Always great me by name and we play catch up in 5 minutes or less. And still keep the work flowing through like a well oiled machine. I like bringing my car to this group of fun personable people. The tech's are knowledgeable and the service managers are like family. Keep up the good work and ill see you in a couple thousand miles. Take care be blessed. Debbie, Jennifer, Scott, and Sonny !!

Top Notch Service
Went to this dealership for an oil change. All employees were pleasant and helpful . Debbie was beyond helpful, making the process extremely pleasant ! Snacks offered, comfortable lounge area for adults and a cute section for little children ! Highly recommend this dealership !

Great Service
I absolutely love Kia of Winchester, The staff are always super nice and helping no matter the reason you go in. I bought a new car last week and let me tell you Susan is the best she helped work with me, she took time out of her schedule for about a week just to help me pick the car i wanted. And then there was Brad who also helped me, he was very patient with going over the owners manual and the details of the car. Keep in mind it was cold out (it was mid February) and rainy I had Susan outside with no coat helping me pick out a car, and then Brad outside showing me the bells and whistles that came with it and even connected my phone to the car for me. Overall i will say I LOVE THE SERVICE. And would recommend them to everyone.

Great Shopping Experience
Cesar was great to work with, we went in looking for him this time since we had such a good experience with him when we bought our used Sportage in 2016. He listened to what we wanted and brought us a few options to test drive, we didn't feel like the pressure was on, he let us talk it out. He helped us with the whole process and any questions we had. There was a nice variety to look at. We had the service on the Sportage done there while we owned it and we were always satisfied.
