Bought a truck here, which was a fine process. Until I needed repairs, I had written a 5 star review. Opinions change. Service department gave no estimate.... Didnt call. Gave me the run around for several days. Then after complaining about Chris in service to several people, I feel that he may have damaged my wheel maliciously. I'm now being called a liar by the manager. My wheel was not damaged upon drop off, but now it looks like someone hit it w a crowbar. Never again will I step foot I'm here. Just awful. Heartbreaking. My first brand new car. My first service appointment. I'm sick with this.

I am completely satisfied with the service I received at Jerry's Chevrolet. My sales consultant, Pat McCarter, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.... He went out of his way to ensure I received the best customer support and found what I was looking for. Kudos to the entire staff of treating me like a valued customer!

I recently bought a used car from here. They are very unwilling to negotiate prices at all, and tell you they put a lot of work in the car and BS you on... why the cost is the cost. My car passed inspection, but needed new tires, they barely passed. Upon calling to inquire it took me 3 days to get in touch with anyone. The used car manager max is awful. Extremely disrespectful and unhelpful, basically said my problem not his. I contacted the GM AL, who is extremely professional and great customer service. He worked something out to make me a satisfied customer. As long as you don’t deal with Max, you will be good. Max gives the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life, don’t know how he even has a job there.

What happened to good old negotiations? Apparently it’s a lost art at this dealership. I inquired about a used vehicle, I was fully prepared to negotiate... and welcomed it. Instead I got, this is our price thanks for your inquiry. Not being satisfied, I took the time to write the pre owner manager, Max. Without telling him the experience I had so far, I simply asked for a price and response. It’s been two weeks and I’m still waiting. Being in the same business where customer service is paramount I can’t believe the way this company is ran. I’m not sure how you sell vehicles when you do not take 5 minutes out of your day to respond to someone that does.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated they completed it in a very timely manner and my vehicle was clean when I got it back .

At the old age of 5 years, my Volt had a transmission problem...back to the dealer where I bought the car and who's kept it running nicely since new. ... Good people to deal with, even better when at 91,000 it was covered by a warranty!
