Told me couldn't turn off adaptive trans learning.

Told me couldn't turn off adaptive trans learning...I did with forscan...told me my door latch needed replacement because light was on on dash...after I told them I already checked it and it wasn't that or the wiring harness....had a short to ground in circuit which I fixed myself...they would have replaced the door latch and charged me 750 bucks and then would have charged me more to continue diagnosing problem after that didn't work...this leads me to believe that they didn't even diagnose the problem to begin with because if they had they would have realized the door latch wasn't the problem to begin with....there are a couple other things but was not impressed with the dealership and won't be taking my truck back there in the future...they Def just try to take advantage of customers who come in....not all of us are idiots like they assume

There was a huge mistake on the pricing on my daughter

There was a huge mistake on the pricing on my daughter 2020 Chevy. We got it straightened out, but if we weren’t paying attention it would have slipped by. Jered was great to deal with, my daughter were very impressed with him handling the sell. Enjoyed working with him

The dealership is your everyday car dealership for the most part. I don't really have any complaints but I've only purchased from them so I can't attest for their service after there sale. As for my sales rep, Jared is always awesome to deal with and never disappoints!
