After waiting for some time to get back into the Ford line of vehicles we decided to look at the 2020 Explorer to replace our BMW SUV, and we have been... nothing but smiles ever since. The Explorer is everything we had hoped it would be and more. Outstanding from initial contact through financing and after market products installation
I traded in my Navigator and bought an Expedition.
I initially came in because I was contacted by this dealership after submitting a request through USAA car buying service. I described what options I wanted... in a new F-250 to Austin over the phone. He then emailed me a sticker, which I assumed (wrongly) met my specifications. I then scheduled a test drive in a truck that had the options I wanted. After test driving the truck we sat down to discuss my trade in value. It was then we realized that the sticker he sent me was for a completely different truck (wrong color and gas vs diesel). The sales price for the one I test drove was significantly higher than the one he sent me. I don’t think Austin intended to bait me into coming down to the dealership but more care should be given to prevent that kind of miscommunication in the future. Other than that, the staff was courteous and capable and I’m happy with my purchase, even if I did spend 10 grand more than I wanted too. YOLO.
