Won’t call, they only text. First line in their ad says “transparent pricing”, but they charge a $989 processing fee on used vehicles (VA state max allowed for processing fee is $800). They won’t remove the fee no matter what, even when none of what it’s supposed to be for applies to your deal. No real attempts to sell in two weeks of my reaching out. I left messages for the sales manager to call, and was told he would 3x… I never received a call from the sales manager. Seem like new style dealership; afraid of phones and aiming for uneducated consumers that just want to get approved for financing and will sign on the line. If you’re a cash buyer, probably look elsewhere.

Found the CPO car I was looking for online. Sent a message and the connection with salesman David Sathrum begun. He helped me with the details on the car and we even worked out a trade all remotely. I felt comfortable making the over 3 hr drive to make the deal. There was a hiccup with the tires they rectified while I waited. Otherwise the deal was as expected. No surprised on the numbers, trade was given as quoted, no hard sell on extras. Generally a pleasant experience with David, Josue in finance and Steve in service. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with Lindsay again.

I just replaced my beloved 15-year old Honda Civic manual transmission (MT) with a 2024 Jetta Sport MT purchased at Lindsay VW of Dulles. As a long-time Honda driver, this has been my first experience with VW. Jeff Hever of Lindsay Volkswagen made the whole process of testing and buying the car quite easy and was attentive to every detail. Most importantly, I consider what I paid for this new and fun-to-drive car to be a truly excellent value, especially these days.

Lindsay Volkswagen's process and pricing made it an easy decision to drive 2 hours to purchase from them. NO sales gimmicks at all! My salesman Bob Derby listened and was responsive and worked diligently to get me the right deal. The finance manager Sarah Berger worked swiftly to get me on my way home as quickly as possible. Was in and out in two hours! They were willing to trust me from afar on my trade condition and gave me the best trade price based on pictures and my feedback. Next time I need a new car I will definitely travel the distance to Lindsay VW Dulles. Biggest selection of cars too!
