    Attempted to buy a used vehicle online due to being 100 miles from the dealership. Spoke to the first salesman and had a few questions, said he would get... back to me, no follow-up. After a couple days I called the dealership back another individual advised that the salesman just stepped out but he would call me back. Again, no call back. After a couple days called back again and just started the process all over again. The new salesman was attentive via text communication but really never gave me a straight answer to my questions and gave confusing contradictory information. I attempted to get a firm sale price with no reply. I realize they have the one price philosophy however during the conversations I was advised there were no key fobs for a vehicle that was listed as having keyless entry/start, only a single standard key. Seemed reasonable that this would change the sale price since the listing was inaccurate. After asking the salesman for an itemized list of sale price, fees etc. I received a call back form the sales manager who continued to talk about the process and outside agencies that do research for them but still no firm answer. After pinning him down all the associated fees finally came to light along with a refusal to work with me on the key situation. Sad part is that I was willing to bend to get the vehicle, all I wanted was an honest conversation. Instead I got evasive (dishonest?) bait and switch tactics. If they had been transparent and up front, I would have had no problem driving 100 miles to buy a car sight unseen, however there were too many red flags to trust them.

    I was looking to replace my 2018 Mazda CX-5 and went to Audi of Arlington and was very pleased with the responsiveness of the sales team. Dino Muller... was very thorough in describing the features of the vehicle and was very great during the test drive. I was comparing it to the Mazda CX-5, yes the Audi outshines the Mazda CX-5, but wasn't sure if the price made it worth it. Worked with Sales Manager Jae Yang, on the pricing and it was a no brainer. I am now a happy member of the Audi family.

    Suhaylah Adebo is a Service Manager at Audi and she is gracious, willing, and effective in making your service visit a positive one. At 5PM, Service gets... busy as people want to pick up their vehicles. She was extemely attentive and guided her staff in getting things done. We have had Mercedes, Land Rovers, BMW's, and Audi's so we know what a Luxury Service experience should be. And she seems like the glue that holds the Dept together. Many Many Thanks!

    DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE!!!! On Saturday, March 14th, I returned to the Audi Arlington dealership in Arlington, VA to pick up my 2019 A5... from service after purchasing all new tires for $1400. I had dropped my car off on Tuesday, March 9th. After paying, my car was pulled around so I could leave. I entered the car and immediately saw a large crack down my front windshield! I notified my service technician, Chris, who confirmed that when my car was checked in on the 9th, there was no indication of a crack or rock damage. He even had pictures from when he checked my car in on March 9th. The service manager, Will, approached and immediately placed blame on me!! He gave no apology!! He just went straight to pointing the finger at me even though my car was in the care of Audi Arlington for 5 days!! NO ONE INFORMED ME OF DAMAGE!! I was told I would be contacted on that Monday with a solution. IT IS NOW ALMOST MARCH 23RD AND NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON from Audi Arlington has reached out to me to communicate a solution or next steps!! THEY HAVE MY CAR!! I have called Chris and he pretty much said he forgot and would get back with me. Never heard from him again!! That was on Wednesday, March 17th! I emailed Will and Chris’s manager, Dave, the Director of Parts and Service at the dealership. He said he would get back to me and I again never heard back!! That was on Friday, March 19th! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!! Chris, the service tech had no problems emailing and calling me every other day about the status of my new tires, but when it comes to this, NOTHING!!!! I was only treated with respect when I was buying something from them, when I could have gone anywhere! There are other reviews of this dealership doing this exact same thing! SEE SIMILAR COMPLAINT BY CUSTOMER SHAUN MURPHY BELOW!!! I will be filing a discrimination and fraudulent claim with other agencies. GO ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE!!!

    The staff and management were responsive, very helpful and treated us outstanding. Special thanks to Jae, Assistant Manager for introducing himself, and... assisting with our concerns. Asari the sales Associate was so kind and helpful. Not pushy or asking us to buy -- We got exactly the vehicle we wanted, it took a bit of a search, at a very fair price. The Audi A6 is highly rated by Consumer Reports even higher than others German legendary brands. The new Audi has been upgraded and the interior redesigned to be more driver friendly. New could be happier with the car, the staff and managers at Audi Arlington

    I went in here with the full intention to buy a car. The customer service by Ahmed Bah was completely disgusting toward my husband and myself. He didn’t... even bother making conversation. He was rude to us over 10 times and made us feel horrific. We went to Mercedes the following day and purchased a vehicle. I’d never go to this dealer again. It was my first time at an Audi dealer and never ever again thanks to Ahmed!
