I was looking for used car and Bill Stack the sales person was a great help. We looked at a car and he answered all my questions about it and plus gave... me the car fax on the vehicle. So far it has been a great purchase.
Mileage listed online was 70k miles LESS than the Carfax. I even called them to confirm and they said it was 30k instead of 100k. I almost drove two hours... to look at a vehicle that was clearly misrepresented.
Went on line to look for a new F-150. Was contacted by Fredrick Ford and discussed price. I had a price from a local dealer and Fredrick guaranteed they... would beat it. I went to the dealership, test drove the vehicle and found a color I loved. They beat the price of the other dealer. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend Fredrick Ford to my friends.

We have previously had gòod service from Frederick Ford, however when we went to them with an issue, we had a very unpleasant experience with Steve, the... service manager and Mark the general manager. We bought our car as a certified used car. We have had the car , not the two years Mark stated we had it, but for 1 year, nine months. We developed a flat tire going over the Bay Bridge, AAA came and changed to our donut, but said we could not travel with it. We then went to AAA Care care Center, they took the tire off and found an Alan wrench and a pressure sensor inside. They said they had never seen this before, asked if we ever had our tire off the rim. We had not, we bought it at Frederick Ford, and had only had it serviced at Frederick Ford. They advised us to go back to Frederick Ford. We were met with only resistance from Steve and Mark. We were advised by Steve that our complaint should be with AAA, definitely do not understand that. I was told by Mark, the general manager, that they are in business to make a profit, and if they gave us any consideration, they would not make their profit. I would definitely not buy a car there again, their bottom line is not considering their loyal customers, but making their profit.
Andrew Hopkins went above and beyond when discussing the features and finalizing the purchase on our new Escape. In addition, he delivered the vehicle... to our establishment the same day we agreed to a deal. I could not ask for a better experience!

As a first time car buyer, i had heard horror stories about the experience. I didn't run into any of those problems while working with Frederick Ford.... Mike was my salesperson, and even though he was new at the time, he was able to answer most of my questions. When he was stumped, the manager was readily available to answer some of my more eccentric questions. They have really great prices, and were able to get my credit approved, even with my relatively short history. The paperwork could not have taken much longer than 15 minutes, and the certified pre-owned warranty is second to none. They really made my first time buying a car stress-free.

I purchased a new vechicle aprox 7 months ago and was treated great--spoke to many sales people and management fully aware that I was deep in negative... equity in trade in value even though my vechicle was low mileage about a new or used mustang. I was told that they could work situation out for my purchase on "Black Friday sales"-total bull it was a way to get me to dealer.Spent not only gas to get their--spent aprox 4 hors of my time waiting.Left with not an answer on any deals I was interested in--Called and was told by sales manager he would get back to me--bull no call called both manager and sales person--both busy left message -no call back. It would be a great God send if I won the lottery and wanted to buy 1 of each color in cash--Merry Christmas--NNNOT! I would not recommend doing business with them unless your credit is perfect and an open wallet--do not be on a fixed income and be a veteran
